Engine Power Tweak.
EICAS Knob switching to pos 1 causing a crash is fixed.
Fixed a crash caused when going into the DOORs page on ED2.
Fixed Hydraulic page in ED2 to show the correct information in regard to Fluid position, Pump being active, PSI indication and fluid Percentage.
Packs Click spot misaligned is now in the correct position
TOTO Crossed lines are now their ONLY bellow flaps 8 and above flaps 20.
TOTO GAGA Overlap when wheels are leaving the ground is not happening anymore.

Tweaked Engine Power, made the engines a bit more powerful and adjusted their power curve.

Fixed a crash that was happening when changing the MFD format some times.

Fixed 1/2 Bank mode was activating Altitude Hold Mode.
Tweaked Fuel Consumption.
APU Door being open when starting the plane fixed.

File name capitalisation fixed for linux versions and OSs that have capitalisation enabled in their system.
Altitude Capture sensitivity went from 1000 feet to 200 feet to match the real plane.
